Return/Refund Policy
1) For the sale of all custom made colors, all sales are final. Once an order is confirmed with a future ship date, the order cannot be cancelled or returned. You may elect not to receive the product once it has been made, however, you are still responsible for the purchase of the paint, minus any pack fees.
2) For stocked products, 50% restocking fee if you wish to return any item within 30 days of receipt of the product. The following conditions must be met before we can accept a return:
- The material must be in its original condition.
- AeroCoat will inspect the gallons for any internal markings, stickers, or labelling before the return is approved.
- Short shelf life material that has been discounted is not eligible for return.
Once a return has been approved by an AeroCoat employee, you will be sent a RMA form with pre-populated information on it. Material will be sent back to AeroCoat on your FedEx or UPS account number. Upon inspection, if material is in its original condition (no damages from the carrier), a refund will be issued by the accounting department.
